Time-saving hacks are great because David and I’s morning usually starts around 4:30 a.m. We always start we working out then bible study. However, we tend to run into not having enough time to eat breakfast before we race off to work.
We are not big on processed, frozen, meals, mainly because of all the chemicals they put in them… and my allergies. Besides, why not make what you could buy! You could make it ten times better, fresh, and at home than from a box. Everything tastes better when it’s made at home. David and I always find it amazing how much the individual ingredients stand out when our meals are made from home.
Back to the hack…
Over the years I have tried many things in the morning… all processed or fast food of course. However, all those gave me ideas to make on my own. Here is my little list of breakfast ideas.
Bagel Breakfast Sandwiches
English Muffin Breakfast Sandwiches
Eggs Tacos (strictly egg and cheese)
and so much more…
On to the hack…
Time Saving Hack for the Morning
Pick your favorite breakfast items and make them on Sunday. Make enough for the week! I wouldn’t make more than that otherwise, in my opinion, it doesn’t taste as fresh. Then simply place them in the freezer! You have now just made a million times more healthy version of the many fast foods or processed items out there.
Grab, heat and go. Or just grab and go then eat right before work.
I make these for David and me all the time, he loves them! Knowing that I don’t have to prepare breakfast every morning relieves a great deal of stress for us. This is definitely a version of meal prep, however, I find that most people don’t plan out their breakfasts. So if you are a meal prepper then definitely add this to your day! If not, take a few moments on Sunday and save yourself a great deal of time during the week!
